About Kasandra

Hi there, I’m Kasandra! I am a wife and mother to one son and some of my favorite things in life are enjoying time with my family, going on day trips to the mountains, barbecuing and playing frisbee with our Australian Shepherd, Bear.  I also have a passion for skin care and am a Texas Licensed Esthetician.

In my business, one of the most exciting parts of my job is meeting new people and finding out what makes them happy. I strive to give my very best efforts to deliver satisfaction to my clients in real estate, tackle any work I dedicate myself to, and always accomplish the goals set with my customers! Working with Berkshire Hathaway Enchanted Lands, REALTORS® in Roswell has been an exciting and challenging position. I enjoy assisting customers in Roswell, Artesia, and Carlsbad and know the areas and the markets in each area, well. My real estate background is diverse. I began my real estate career as a sales consultant for apartment communities in Austin, TX, and from there, I branched out into property management. During the housing crisis of 2008, I worked for a national property management firm and was responsible for properties all over the US. Eventually, I worked to earn my Texas Real Estate License and now hold an Associate Broker’s license in New Mexico.
